"Monarch Cares!" stamped boldly on the outside of the envelope. A letter explaining (in numerical format) how they're not going to pay me for work that I did for them 3 months ago.
Translation: "Monarch Cares... about money, not about you!" Thanks guys.

Yeah, Monarch sucks. I think that's why a lot of doctors don't take it and hospitals won't accept it. It's probably cheaper than our health insurance though!!
P.S.- Judging by your latest poll, I've forgotten to change a TP roll somewhere in the house. Let's have a chat later... ;)
