Heard this morning on the radio, coming from that dingbat of a woman who gave birth to children #7-14 through in-vitro fertilization:

"I was really surprised to have this many babies.  The chances of 1 egg being fertilized and surviving is only about 50%.  With having 8 implanted, I really only expected to have...  maybe twins at the most."
