Looking back over the past several entries, I've realized something -- I sound bitter! Or at least that's how I blog. In order to try to a) improve my attitude, and b) convince people that I'm not the west coast version of Larry King, we're going to try something different today -- we're going to talk about nice, happy, positive things! Such as...
-I had clean underwear and socks to wear today, which was nice.
-We had bananas that were just right (not too green and not brown at all) and peach yogurt to eat for breakfast en route. That's about as good as it gets without turning on the toaster.
-The beach was beautiful this morning while I was waiting for the train. Nobody had pooped on the benches either.
-The person who made coffee this morning at work knew what they were doing, and they didn't try to sneak in that raspberry-flavored crap. (Oooh, that just about got real negative real fast... I'm moving on now.)
-Haven't gotten whined at yet today. Got to drain a prepatellar bursitis, which is kinda fun I guess.
-I have a wonderful THE WIFE who texts me every time she conquers a rat in her garden, and even knows how to throw them away herself now.
-Business seems to be picking up suddenly in turfland.
-My cousins are in town this weekend which means that Fisherman's will be on our schedule at least once, and that is definitely something to look forward to.
-I get a day off in 4 days.
See, I can be positive too! Now wasn't that boring?

This comment is actually about the voting on the right. As a high school English teacher, I had vote for "text-messaging abbreviations." When I was in high school, teachers were always after us to write in full and complete sentences. I have to remind my students to write in full and complete WORDS.
Seriously.
Ha ha, LOL! LMAO... oops, g2g. TTFN-
